The .ics file works everywhere: Google Calendar (Settings, then Import), Outlook (double click the file), and Apple Calendar (double click). It creates one session per study day, each titled with that day's target and phase. The Google button is the quick version: one repeating event, without the per-phase detail.
The math, since you should never trust an unexplained number: we assume 1.5 minutes per practice question, the pace our own users average, and a benchmark of 2,000 questions per section, the volume at which candidates in our data pass at roughly double the national rate. Your daily target is the remaining volume spread across your study days, with the final week reserved for light review, because walking in rested beats walking in crammed.
One caution: if the plan says your date needs more hours than you have, believe it. Moving an exam date costs a rescheduling fee. Failing a section costs about $320 to $470 and ten more weeks.
Day one of the plan starts with 20 free questions.
