The wrong-answer warranty

Report a wrongly keyed question

If a keyed answer in the paid bank is wrong under the controlling authority for the law date the question states, and you are the first to show it, you get every dollar back, you keep your access, and the mistake is published in the changelog with your name on it if you want the credit. The rules are in the terms.

What makes a strong claim. The question reference, the answer you believe is correct, and the authority that decides it: a Code section, a codification paragraph, a standard. That is the same evidence we would need to correct it, so the better your citation, the faster the adjudication. Every claim gets a written answer either way.

The one on your subscription, so the refund has somewhere to go.

Shown on every question and simulation in the bank.

Cite the authority. "I picked A and got marked wrong" is not a claim; "the key contradicts this paragraph" is.

Claims are read by the CPA who signed the bank. You will get a written adjudication by email; verified errors are corrected, published, and refunded. A second defensible answer earns a fix and a published credit rather than the refund. You can also email nam@chatcpa.io directly. Nicholas Miller, CPA · Oregon license #14907.
