CPA Exam Seats for Firms

Annual license · transferable · prices current September 2026

CPA exam support without betting $3,000 on whether one employee follows through. $499 per seat per year. The seat belongs to the firm, so it moves to the next candidate whenever someone passes, leaves, or never starts. As often as you like, at no charge.

Notes to the schedule

(1) The price a firm buys at is the price it keeps, for as long as it stays on. Increases apply to new firms only.

(2) Published list prices for the major review courses, per candidate, as advertised to individuals. A firm with a negotiated national contract pays less than list and may have terms this table does not describe; if that is you, this page is probably not for you. It is written for firms without a negotiated contract, which pay list or pay nothing at all. The major courses do run firm programs; they are quote-based, tied to a named candidate, and built around the course. This is a price and an email. ChatCPA is not affiliated with any review course.

(3) Once a quarter I will tell you how many of your seats were used. Not who, not how much, and never a score. A candidate's results are theirs, and a seat where the firm reads the scores is a seat nobody wants to sit in. If you need to know how a specific person is doing, ask them.

(4) Transfers. Email the name of the person leaving the seat and the person taking it. No limit, no charge, no form. Accounts are set up the same day.

(5) Term. Annual. No auto-renewal to remember to cancel and no multi-year lock-in. You get an email before the renewal date; if the answer is no, that is the end of it. Thirty days to change your mind on a first-year purchase, full refund, no reason required.

(6) No pass rate is published, here or anywhere on this site, because no outcome data has been collected. A vendor quoting one for a product this young is guessing, and a firm buying on that number is buying a guess.

Who should not buy this

Firms already paying for a full review course. Keep it. A question bank does not replace a course for someone who has never seen the material. If you want both, most candidates use the course first and the bank for volume.

Firms with nobody sitting this year. Nothing here is useful until someone is studying. Come back then.

A firm with one candidate who is certain to finish. A monthly question-bank subscription bought in that person's own name is cheaper over six months than a seat. The seat earns its price when the firm cannot know who will start, who will stall, and who will leave, which is most firms most years.

Start

No checkout, because a firm needs an invoice rather than a card receipt. Tell me the firm and roughly how many people are sitting this year. If it goes anywhere, names and accounts come at the end, not now.
