The terms

Annual: No auto-renewal to cancel, no multi-year lock-in. An email before the renewal date; if the answer is no, that's the end of it.
Transfers: Email the two names. No limit, no charge, no form. Accounts set up the same day.
Billing: One invoice a year, net 30. No seat-by-seat billing.
Refund: Thirty days on a first-year purchase, full, no reason required.
Reporting: Once a quarter, how many seats were used. Never who, never a score. A seat the firm reads scores on is a seat nobody wants to sit in.

Who should not buy this

Firms looking for one study method for every employee. ChatCPA can be used alone by candidates who learn through practice, or alongside an existing course. It is not a lecture product and should not be forced on employees who need lectures.

Firms with nobody sitting this year. Nothing here is useful until someone is studying.

A firm with one candidate certain to finish. A monthly subscription in that person's own name is cheaper over six months. The seat earns its price when you cannot know who will start, who will stall, and who will leave.

No pass rate is published, here or anywhere on this site, because no outcome data has been collected. A vendor quoting one for a product this young is guessing.
