This is new. I have collected no outcome data, so I publish no pass rate, and I would rather show you nothing than five first names and stock photos. A real success story carries a score report, the way my own fail letters do, and I do not have one yet. What I do have is a survey: I asked 27 subscribers what was wrong with it, seven answered, and all seven answers are published, including the one I disagreed with.
