How it works
- Join, then open your board. Type up to 5 job titles and up to 5 places (a city and state, a whole state, a European city or country, an Australian city), pick a level, and tick remote if that counts.
- Your board fills at once with what the public boards already hold. Then the hunt starts: every hour it searches your titles and places, reads every new posting it finds on an employer's own site, and adds the ones that fit.
- Choose how fast you want to hear: instant, daily or weekly. Change it whenever your search changes. Looking now? Instant. Keeping an eye out for the next step? Weekly, for as long as you like.
- Mark jobs applied, hide the ones you don't want, and the board keeps itself clean: closed postings drop off on their own.

Honest limits
One board per member, up to 5 titles and 5 places. Searches find most postings within hours, not minutes, and no search finds everything; the public boards stay free and get every job your hunt turns up. We don't submit applications for you: employer systems like Workday and iCIMS don't allow it, and the EEO answers are yours to give. Your resume and answers stay on your board and are never shared.
