Notes to the schedule

(1) Your exam cannot be scored until Prometric transmits your file to the AICPA, usually within a day or two of testing. Sit within two days of a cutoff and your score can slide to the next batch. The lookup above flags this.

(2) Target means target. No hour is promised, and the official window runs up to 48 hours past the date. In practice scores post overnight into early morning Eastern, sometimes the evening before, on NASBA's portal. A few state boards (California and Illinois among them) publish on their own sites, sometimes a day or two behind. Nobody at Prometric, NASBA, or your state board can see your score early, and calling will not shake it loose.

(3) Two things about July 2027. First, no appointments exist July 1 through 11: testing pauses while the old system finishes processing and is retired, and resumes on the new platform July 12. Second, the quarterly schedule is a transition measure. The AICPA describes it as lasting 12 months after launch while it recalibrates exam items on the new platform, and it has published nothing past June 2028. (4) On "testing windows": there are none for Core today. Continuous testing means you can sit FAR, AUD or REG any day Prometric is open, and the dates above are scoring batch cutoffs, not windows you must test inside. (5) If the number starts with a 7 and is not 75: I have opened four failing score notices, a 67 and a 65 on REG, and two 74s on FAR. They are published on this site. Let it hurt for one day, no big decisions. Then download the score report itself; it says whether you lost on MCQs or simulations, and that decides what the retake attacks. Book the retake while the material is warm. And you should not pay full price twice: show me the score notice and the bank is half off, forever.
